Child Safety Standards

Waypal, published by JR Consulting Co., has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards, as required for social apps on Google Play.

Adults only

Waypal is only for people aged 18 and over. Everyone must enter a date of birth at sign-up, and accounts under 18 are refused. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is removed.

What is prohibited

• Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors, including CSAM of any kind (real, drawn or AI-generated).
• Grooming, or using Waypal to contact, meet or arrange access to a minor.
• Sharing links to, trading or asking for such content.

How to report

• In the app: long-press a message, or tap ⋯ on a profile, then Report and choose "Underage user" or "Harassment or threats".
• By email: support@hookstep.in with the subject "Child safety report".
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police first.

How we respond

• Child safety reports go to the front of our moderation queue.
• We remove violating content and ban the accounts involved.
• We preserve relevant evidence and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities, including Indian law enforcement under the POCSO Act, 2012.
• We cooperate with valid law enforcement requests.
