Delete your Waypal account

Waypal is published by JR Consulting Co. You can delete your account and personal data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Waypal and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out.

Without the app

Email support@hookstep.in from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Waypal account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Subscribed to Plus? Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Waypal.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, photo, bio, birth date, gender, home country, languages, interests
Your location and city
Every photo you uploaded, including photos sent in chats
Your trips and plan memberships. Plans you hosted are cancelled.
Your messages, which show as "[deleted]" to the other people in the chat
Your sign-in sessions and notification tokens

What is kept, and for how long

Reports made by or about you: up to 2 years, to prevent repeat abuse.
Subscription purchase records: up to 8 years, as required by tax law.
Server logs: up to 30 days.
